Obviously justice is not fair or just, it's unbalanced and corrupt. It's sad to say that they actually let out people like this guy even earlier than his sentence. The prisons are filling up with non-violent drug possession "offenders", leaving no room for violent offenders like ones who commit sex crimes, child abuse, domestic violence and such. It sounds unbelieveable, but it's a fact that they release violent offenders early on a routine basis, citing overcrowding due to harsh drug laws that often require mandatory sentences.
The corrupt cannabis prohibition has adverse effects that span across the spectrum, and this is just another example. My bet is that this guy is out in 2 years, the same amount of time Brenda Thomas got for selling cannabis, a safe non-toxic alternative to alcohol, tobacco and caffeine. Does that sound like justice to you? I didn't think so.
